We arrange a detailed study of the plot´s suitability, provide assistance with conveyancing, arrange for a geological & topographical study, and once a suitable building plot is found, will organise a detailed study of the planning situation. This guarantees a successful start to the development process.

Our long standing and in-house building staff offer an exceptional level of skill and experience. Most are native and local to the area possessing an extensive knowledge and experience of Spanish systems and construction methods. Subcontracted, specialist tradesmen, with whom we have enjoyed a lengthy relationship, provide the reassurance of a high quality end result as well as continuity.

During the entire building process rigorous quality controls are observed, provided by laboratory supervision, technical architects and structural engineers. These independent bodies provide support and guidance throughout the project to ensure that work develops to the very highest standard in line with architects specifications and planning regulations.

Once completed, we provide guidance in obtaining all necessary paperwork for the connection of services, as well as for the legalisation of the project.

It is not necessary to reside in Spain when you embark on building a house with the100% Construction team. Although building techniques advance and adapt with improved products and systems, often building design takes its inspiration from the past. This Project reflects a bold design by the Anvana Architecture studio and represents a modern example of brutalist architecture.

A Classic Villa

A spacious family home boasting 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and two reception rooms.

The classic style and generous proportions promote harmonious living for a young and energetic family. The constructed area of more than 730m2 on a 2100m2 plot creates ample interior spaces, with covered terraces and pérgolas, providing shaded and semi shaded areas that extend along the length of the ground floor of the villa.

A Village House

This challenging project required the manual demolition of a typical Spanish village house in considerable disrepair followed by its reconstruction.

The owners original proposal was to reform the house but after much discussion and a structural evaluation it was decided that, to demolish the house completely and then re build it, would prove the most advantageous and provide a better return for investment.

Finca

There are few better locations for a farm house home than the valleys local to Jalon and Alcalali. Although the location is perfect, it is rare to find a property of this genre suitable for conversion to a comfortable home without the need for considerable investment to address problems associated with damp and poor insulation.
